U's go to East Thurrock in early January.
Colchester United's Essex Senior Cup quarter final date against East Thurrock has now been confirmed.
The U's will travel to take on the Rocks on Wednesday January 4th in a 7.45pm kick-off, as the two teams look to progress further in the county competition.
Wayne Brown's side have beaten Hullbridge Sports and Witham Town to progress to the quarter final stage.
