The club's Football In The Community Development Centre players have had a busy week in the half term, with a three day training camp alongside fixtures against Cambridge United  and Luton Town PDCs. 

Colchester United striker Marvin Sordell was on hand on Thursday to meet some of the U's younger players.

All squads participated in training sessions at Shrub End on the Thursday with the FITC coaches putting on various practice sessions to develop the individuals, whilst also reviewing the games from the previous day.

Marvin Sordell was at hand to offer the boys some advice ahead of the Luton games to talk about preparing for fixtures, as well as carrying out a question and answer session with the U7s-U11s groups at their training session at Shrub End on Thursday.
