Corin was employed by Colchester United back in 2000 at the age of 15, just two weeks after completing his secondary education.

His first role was as a community apprentice coach, balancing supporting the coaching team and completing further education. Throughout his apprenticeship, Corin gained valuable experience shadowing more senior coaches in a range of activities.

Since completing his apprenticeship in 2002, roles have included managing the Community Soccer Centre at Layer Road, Football Development Officer for the Shrub End Community and Sports Centre and for the last four years as our Head of Community.

Throughout his time working at Colchester United, Corin has been fortunate to have worked with so many superb people, and the breadth of roles and responsibilities experienced has given him a vast amount of sound knowledge to lead the Football in the Community programme forward.

Holder of the UEFA A Licence and FA Advanced Youth Award, Corin possess both coaching and Community Development expertise that benefits both our staff and the community we impact on a daily basis.

Within his role as Head of Community at Colchester United Football in the Community, Corin has responsibility for the whole Football in the Community Programme, its staff, participants, and partners both operationally and strategically.
