Colchester United U23s head to Wales on Thursday for their latest league fixture.
They take on Cardiff City at the Leckwith Stadium and the match will see Al-Amin Kazeem (pictured), Sam Cornish and Ollie Sims all step up from the U18s to the U23s for the match against the Bluebirds.
Cameron James will also be back in U's colours, whilst Tariq Issa and Decarrey Sheriff will both be hoping to be on the scoresheet again after they notched in the win against Burnley earlier in the week.
