Colchester United's U23s are in action on Monday evening, as they take on Birmingham City in the Premier League Cup.
Both teams have lost both of their group games so far, so will be going all out to win on Monday and close the gap on Reading and Fulham above them.
The game at the JobServe Community Stadium kicks off at 7.00pm on Monday and Ryan Clampin will continue his return to fitness against the Blues, whilst Cameron James will be back in a U's shirt after his recent recall from Braintree.
