John McGreal and the U's to take on Colwyn Bay on Friday night.
The squad has been at a training camp at Carden Park since Wednesday, and will play Colwyn Bay before heading back to north Essex on Saturday morning.
It will be the third fixture of pre-season for the U's, following wins against Maldon & Tiptree,(4-1), and Braintree Town, (5-0).

Don't forget that the squad will be at the Open Day at the JobServe Community Stadium on Sunday, with proceedings starting at 11am.
