Colchester United will welcome former Arsenal and England midfielder Paul Merson to the JobServe Community Stadium in November for a night full of stories of his playing career.
The 51-year-old started out with the Gunners and went on to make over 300 appearances for the London side before moving to Middlesbrough in 1997.
Stints with Aston Villa, Portsmouth and Walsall followed, and he also took the managerial reins with the Saddlers.
Paul will be regaling us with the stories of his career on and off the pitch at an event on Thursday 21st November.
The evening includes a reception drink, three course meal, auction, raffle and of course Paul's stories.

Gold Tickets: £65 per person
Platinum Package: £600 for 10 guests, including pictures on arrival
VIP Table: £700 for 10 guests, including prime location table, logo on event marketing materials and in the event programme, a signed item by Paul Merson and pictures on arrival
