Luke Prosser and Frank Nouble have reminded fans to follow Government rules
The Colchester United duo joined numerous other sporting personalities over the weekend in sending out the message.
Prosser sent his message out via the U's Social Media channels, whilst Frank's message was used by the U's Football In The Community outlets.
Social Distancing is one of the primary ways to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, and the rules now state that the majority of people must stay at home to make it happen.
The following are the messages that the general public need to adher to:
- Only go outside for food, health reasons, (including exercise), or work, (where this absolutely cannot be done from home)
- Stay two metres away from other people
- Wash your hands
