All the key information for supporters coming to the U's home friendly against Gillingham.

Match Permits
Match Permit sales will not be available from the stadium on the day of the game, all purchases must be made online at Supporters will be able to purchase online until ten minutes into the game though, and will then be able to enter as usual. Parking permits are available to supporters who have already purchased a match permit. If you require parking, the option to purchase a parking permit will be under your Match Permit on the dashboard on

Entry To Stadium
Turnstiles will be open as normal, with entry permitted from 1.30pm. Remember that you will have to have filled in your COVID-19 declaration on to gain entry. You can print your permit, or show it on arrival at the stadium on a smartphone.

Whilst it isn’t now mandatory to wear masks or exercise social distancing, please show consideration to your fellow supporters and keep each other safe. We recommend that masks are worn in crowded spaces and when in close proximity to others, and that you keep a safe distance from others if possible. Hand sanitisers will still be available around the stadium and we advise their use to minimise the spread of COVID-19.

There will be no on-site catering facilities for supporters, so we are encouraging fans to bring their own food and drink to the game. Alcohol is banned, and any supporters caught attempting to bring it into the stadium will be refused entry or ejected.

Programmes will be available from the Club Shop – remember that the stadium is cashless. The club shop is open from 11am. 

The normal exit gates will be operational, but please follow any further guidance from stewards.
