After beating AFC Sudbury 4-0 on Friday evening, the U's ensured they would be in the hat for the Second Round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The draw will take place this evening, live on ITV following the First Round match between Dagenham and Redbridge and Salford City, expected to be at about 9:55pm.
Colchester United have been allocated ball number 15 for this evening's draw, the full list of ball numbers can be seen here.
The Second Round of the Emirates FA will be played over the weekend of the 4th December, with full details to be released in due course after the draw.
