All the info you'll need for the first Group Stage game in the Papa John's Trophy

6 September 2021

Colchester United will get their Papa John's Trophy campaign underway on Tuesday evening with the visit of Gillingham to the JobServe Community Stadium.

Match Permits

Single Match Permits are available to purchase for Tuesday's upcoming game against Gillingham, you can purchase these from Col U Tickets, or by clicking HERE

A COVID-19 Declaration Form will be emailed to you or the bubble group leader between 24-48 hours before the game, which you will need to read through and accept before your Match Permits are issued. 

To access the stadium on the day, you can either show your Match Permit on a smart phone, or print off where it will be scanned at the turnstile at the JobServe Community Stadium prior to entry. 

The ticket office will not be open, although tickets will be available to purchase on the day from Col U Tickets, or on the new tocuchscreen in the Club Shop, until forty-five minutes after kick-off. 

Car Parking Permits
Car Parking Permits at the JobServe Community Stadium can only be purchased by the bubble leader once Match Permits have been purchased. Spaces will be available to purchase from your dashboard on Col U Tickets. 

Entry To Stadium
Turnstiles will be open as normal, with entry permitted from 6.30pm. Remember that you will have to have filled in your COVID-19 declaration on ColUTickets.com to gain entry. You can print your permit, or show it on arrival at the stadium on a smartphone.

Match Programmes
Match programmes will be available to purchase for £2 from the Club Shop ahead of the fixture. 

Food and Drink
Kiosks in the concourses will be open and serving hot food, snacks and hot and cold drinks. Kiosks in the stadium will be CASHLESS ONLY. 

Club Shop
The club shop will be open from 5pm.

Protocols
Whilst it isn’t now mandatory to wear masks or exercise social distancing, please show consideration to your fellow supporters and keep each other safe. We recommend that masks are worn in crowded spaces and when in close proximity to others, and that you keep a safe distance from others if possible. Hand sanitisers will still be available around the stadium and we advise their use to minimise the spread of COVID-19.

Exits
The normal exit gates will be operational, but please follow any further guidance from stewards.
