Colchester United's FA Youth Cup tie has been rearranged.
The young U's will now play Cambridge United in the Third Round of the competition on Tuesday 20th December.
Temperatures well below zero meant the original tie at the JobServe Community Stadium was called off due to a frozen pitch on Tuesday.
Both clubs have got together quickly with the FA, and the U's will now host Cambridge just seven days after the original date, with the kick-off time remaining at 7pm.
Tickets purchased for the original tie will be valid for the rearranged game on Tuesday.
