Colchester United boss Wayne Brown is looking for his first home win in charge this weekend, with the visit of Carlisle United.
Brown's side were on a four game unbeaten run since the Interim Head Coach was appointed at the end of January until Tuesday night's 2-1 loss at Mansfield Town.
But Brown wants his side to start a new run by picking up the first home win of the year, and his first at home since returning to the club.
It will be an even game against a side just two places and three points behind the U's, but the boss is confident his side have what it takes to get over the line.
"They're all tough games and we need to prepare the lads the best that we can, so we can keep them as fresh as we can going into the fixture.
"Looking back on Tuesday, it's always nice to do a bit of debrief with the lads. But there were loads and loads of positives to come out of the game - we took the game to them and created some good opportunities.
"The belief in the group needs to be high, and it should be high after the second half performance against Mansfield. The messages you give them need to be clear and concise, so they can register them and carry them out during a match.
"This group have a real good trait and they don't know when they're beat. Even at 2-0 down we get one and still believe that we can get something from the game.
"The fans will be massive with five of the next six at home. The following we've had of late has been brilliant, they've been very loud and they've been a big part. It goes a long way and we need to make the home form count and the fans are a massive part of that."
