Colchester United's Interim Head Coach has issued a rallying call to his players to continue their momentum on the road at Bristol Rovers this evening.
The U's are currently on a four-game unbeaten run with two wins and two draws over the last couple of weeks, including Saturday's comeback victory against Scunthorpe United.
And continuing that good form is important as the U's head into their final ten games of the season, according to Wayne Brown who offered his thoughts before leaving for Bristol Rovers.
"I wasn't really able to enjoy the game on Saturday. At 3-1, the next goal was vital, and we should have scored a fourth, but it was all about the result. We got the result, and backed up the performance against Port Vale well.
"I've said to the lads to remember where you've come from just a couple of weeks ago, conceding a 90th minute equaliser to Leyton Orient. They were on the floor after that game, but they've picked themselves up admirably, and full credit to them.
"Now, we need to back up Saturday's result with a good performance against Bristol Rovers. We know it will be another tough challenge, it's never an easy place to go and they are in good form. But we go there now with the belief from the last couple of games that we can get a result."
