Colchester United have appointed Lee Harrison as the First Team Goalkeeper Coach.
Head Coach Matt Bloomfield has moved quickly to bring in the vastly experienced Goalkeeper Coach, who also made over 500 appearances across his playing career.
After starting at Charlton, his playing career saw spells at the likes of Barnet, Orient, Peterborough and Fulham.
The Essex born fifty one year old then went into coaching when he joined Newport County as Assistant Manager, before heading to Wycombe Wanderers as Goalkeeper Coach.
Stints at West Ham and Orient followed, before he returned to Wycombe in January last year.
He follows new Head Coach Matt Bloomfield from the Chairboys, and will be in the U's dug-out when Harrogate visit teh JobServe Community Stadium at the weekend.
