Colchester United Community Foundation are looking for an Education Administrator to work part-time at our Shrub End Colchester Headquarters.
Attitude is everything when it comes to this position. If you have a proven fantastic work ethic, then we can train you on the rest. Maybe you are studying and are looking for regular work experience, or perhaps you are looking for a second job? The role will be worked over four weekdays and is from 9am-1pm. We can be flexible on the daily timings for the right candidate.
Our Education Team is the largest and integral to the charity. Therefore, the essential tasks that the role holder will be undertaking, are part of a much bigger picture. Our work with schools and young people is highly safeguarded and all of our staff attend regular CPD events to stay up to date and learn new skills.
Day to day our Education Administrator will be keeping in touch with our partner schools. We would like someone who is confident on the telephone and with composing emails, as we are looking to maintain a professional and friendly relationship. Other tasks will include data input in preparation for invoicing and ad hoc projects to support the organisation.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, as we will be preparing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with our partner schools.
