Danny Cowley has been speaking ahead of the U’s trip to Meadow Lane on Saturday afternoon, in what will be the last away clash of the season for the North Essex side.
The Head Coach said: "It's a game that we're really looking forward to. We're in the final straight now and we expect a sprint finish.
“We know what we need to do. I think since the moment we came together as a group, we've had no leg-ups, we've had things go against us, whether it be self-inflicted, whether that be injuries, whether it be sending offs.
"So we can't expect now, we've come right to the end, for anyone to do us any favours. We know that anything we achieve this year is going to be because of us, and quite rightly so. This is what we want and it's something that when we do achieve it, we can be really proud of."
