Lewis Smith has been appointed referee for the U’s clash with Crewe Alexandra at the JobServe Community Stadium on Saturday 27th April (KO 3pm).
He will be assisted by Joseph Stokes, Daniel Robinson and Jacob Miles.
Smith has been officiating in League Two since the 2022-23 season and has only taken charge of one match involving the U’s – a 2-1 away defeat to Newport County in October 2023 where he issued four yellow cards and one red for Arthur Read.
During the current campaign, he has so far refereed forty-three matches, giving out 166 yellows and six reds.
