Dave Huzzey's Colchester United U23 side will be back in Professional Development League action this evening, hosting Millwall at the JobServe Community Stadium.
Last week in the Professional Development League, the U's were defeated 2-0 at Portman Road by Ipswich Town, with the Tractor Boys moving ahead of Colchester United to fourth in the table.
Millwall sit third in the league, with fifteen points, four more than the U's tally of eleven after beating Watford in their previous game.
The U's will want to get back to winning ways, and close the gap on the top three, and they would leapfrog Ipswich Town in fourth with a win this evening, with kick off at 7pm.
As always, it's a good chance for the youngsters to show what they can do in front of the first team coaches.
