Colchester United manager Danny Cowley recently made a series of visits to Colchester United Community Foundation programmes, engaging with young participants across the development pathway.
Over the two‑week period, Danny visited the Boys Development Centre, Girls Development Centre and Emerging Talent Centre, spending time with players and coaches involved in each programme.
Across the visits, the U’s manager took part in Q&A sessions with each group, where he spoke about his career in football, the importance of hard work and the key qualities required to progress in the game.
Danny also took an active role on the pitch, joining in with activities and coaching the young players throughout the sessions.
